With the August 2, 2012, departure of Robert Butchofsky, former President and Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors formed an Executive Transition Committee until a permanent Chief Executive Officer is appointed. The Committee is currently composed of Directors Jeffery Meckler and Dr. John Kozarich. Jeffrey Meckler serves as Chairman of the Committee.
